COVID-19

While the coronavirus situation is very fluid and ever changing daily, we at Martin, Vejvoda & Associates, Inc. believe our highest priority is the health and welfare of our employees, clients, and families.

These are not “business as usual” times that we are facing.

Fortunately, the Treasury Department has extended the filing deadline to July 15, 2020 for all 2019 income tax returns.  1st and 2nd quarterly estimated payments will be due then as well, if applicable.

Effective Monday, March 23rd, MVA will begin a staggered work schedule for our office.  We will have individuals at work in the office (and at home) on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and others working Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.   Our hours will primarily be 9:00am-3:00pm.  We believe this will help reduce the number of individuals in the office during the week.   All employees will still be reachable via their company e-mail address and telephone.

We would prefer our clients e-mail information (scanned or .pdf) as it cuts down on paper.   We will contact our clients either via e-mail or telephone for circumstances requiring clarification.

We are striving to reduce face-to-face meetings if at all possible.

We will continue to follow guidance issued by the CDC, local, state and Federal health authorities.

To our clients, thank you for your patience and may you, your co-workers, and families be safe and healthy during these challenging times.
